Return/Cancellation of Order
We are sure that you will be completely happy with your purchase. If this is not the case we offer a fair returns policy.
All we ask is that you notify us of your intent to return your goods within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any amounts paid to us (minus any postage costs incurred) will be refunded to you within 7 days after the goods have been received back.
If there were no goods supplied, 7 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any direct fees from the payment facilitator you used as a result of the reimbursement. (This does not include fees from third parties for receiving the money after it is refunded).
You should return the item/s to us within 14 days of notifying us of the intention to cancel the contract.
You should send back the goods to the address provided on this website.
Goods are returned at your cost.
This policy applies to all items unless faulty, in which case the return postage will also be paid by us.
Please make sure that you enclose in your return, a note of your name, address, purchase date and order number.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Make sure that you obtain proof of postage for any goods returned to us as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
